Emergencies

As a member you have cover for some day-to-day medical expenses, no matter what benefit option you chose. You and your family always have cover for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call Discovery 911 on 0860 999 911 for advice and ambulance services. Save the number on your phone now!

Network doctors, pharmacies and hospitals

For the best cover and to make your benefits last, visit healthcare professionals we have an agreement with. We also call them network providers. We have network providers all around the country. When you visit a network provider you not only pay a lower rate, you also visit a healthcare professional who meets our standards, so you know you have affordable, quality care. Register on www.lahealth.co.za to find a network healthcare provider.

Know your benefits

Each benefit option has its own rules and benefit limits. While we offer great dental care and maternity benefits, you should read your Benefit Brochure to make sure how your benefits work and what conditions you have to meet for cover.
