Does your email address end in .gov or has your cellphone number changed?

Your employer’s firewall or other email security settings prevent important emails from the Scheme from reaching you at a .gov.za email address, the email address we may have for you. To fix this problem we need your own personal email address.

If you do not have a personal email address, you can quickly and easily create a free email account at various email providers, for example, by going online to www.gmail.com or www.hotmail.uk

When you update your details, also check that we have your latest cellphone number and that your other personal details are still correct.

You can update all your personal information by:

  • Logging in to our website at www.lahealth.co.za
  • Calling us on 0860 103 933
  • Mailing the information to PO Box 652509, Benmore, 2010.
