We gave the website a similar look to the old website so that everybody will still recognise it and feel at home. At the same time we added more content and functionality, and made sure that our website follows the global best practices for web design. The new website offers you as much information as possible in the most accessible way possible.
Improved functionality
Easier navigation
You can now find everything on the website in one place. If you click on any of the navigation items in the header section, the relevant subtopics will drop down. For example, click on What we cover and use the drop down menu to find all other menu items you are covered for.
Search
If you don’t know where to start looking for information, try out the search function in the top right corner. Click on the magnifying glass and enter a search word, such as ‘forms’, ‘contact details’ or ‘authorisation’. You will then be shown all articles on the website that relate to the topic.
Mobile friendly
Our website works on mobile devices like smartphones or tablets; things you’re likely to have with you all the time. This means that you can access all your benefit information when it suits you even if you don’t have an Android device or iPhone.
Logging in is also now easier on your mobile device – give it a try. Open www.yourremedi.co.za on your mobile device and see how easy it is to access all your benefit and membership information in the palm of your hand!

More information about your chosen Option and benefits
If you visit your Benefit Option page you will see that the overview page provides general information such as what the Option is about, contributions, benefit structure, information on the authorisation process and how to claim. It also includes frequently used benefits, including the annual benefit limits if the benefit has a limit for the year.
