It’s time to spring clean your contact details

The seasons are changing and it’s time to pack away the jerseys and get shorter sleeves ready. Spring is a good time to make sure you’re still using all the items in your house. At Remedi, we think spring is a good time to check that your contact details are still up to date.

It’s important to make sure we have the correct details for you since we’re getting ready to send out year-end information about changes to your options and benefits for 2019. Even though we mostly use email, please make sure your postal address is also correct since that’s important for documents like your tax returns.

As long as we have your email or cellphone number on file, you can update your details whenever it suits you by logging in to www.yourremedi.co.za. If you prefer, you can update your details over the phone by calling 0860 116 116.

Update your details online

1. Log in to www.yourremedi.co.za
2. Click PORTFOLIO.
3. On the dropdown menu, select Update Your Details. This opens the One Time Password settings page.
4. Choose how you would like to receive your one-time password (email or SMS).
5. Enter the one-time password and check that your details are correct.
6. Click the Submit button to save your changes.
