Claims Submissions

We make it easy for you to submit your claims

If you use our digital channels to submit your claims, we can process and pay your claims faster.

TFG Medical Aid Scheme has made it easy for you to submit your medical scheme claims when you use one of our digital channels. Submit your medical scheme claims fast and easy in any of these three digital ways:

1. On the Discovery app

• Go to Claims under Health tab and click on the + icon
• Click on the “+” at the bottom right-hand side to submit a claim
• Select either Submit a photo of claim or Scan QR code on claim
• Use the camera on your phone to take a picture of your claim or
• Use your phone to scan the QR code on your claim provided by your healthcare professional
• Click Submit

2. Upload your claim on the website

• Log in with your registered login details
• Click on the TFGMAS tab at the top of the screen
• Select  Submit a claim
• Click on Upload now and follow the steps and click Send claim

3. Email your claims

• Scan and email your claims to claims@discovery.co.za
