What is a claim QR code
A QR code is a machine-readable code made up of a range of black and white squares that stores information. Your claim QR code contains all your claim information that you can scan with your smartphone camera and send to us using the Discovery app.
Where would I find my QR code?
The claim QR code is clearly visible on your claim, as shown in the red block in the example below.
Using the Discovery app, all you need to do is tap on the Scan QR code on claim button, scan the QR code on your claim and follow the prompts.
