If you are a Vitality member:

1. Visit the devices and apps page under the Vitality section on the Discovery website
2. If you haven’t yet, link a fitness device or app that tracks step data to your Vitality account
3. Track and upload at least one workout of 10 000 steps or more
4. Every other day that you walk 10 000 steps or more, you’ll earn a bonus entry (bonus entries are limited to one a week)

If you’re not a Vitality member but have any other Discovery product:

1. Register as a Vitality guest
2. Visit Vitality’s devices and apps page under the Vitality section on the Discovery website
3. Link a fitness device or app that tracks step data to your Vitality guest account
4.  Track and upload at least one workout of 10 000 steps or more
5. Every other day that you walk 10 000 steps or more you’ll earn a bonus entry (bonus entries are limited to one a week)
