The Vitality Points Monitor has had a makeover

Introducing our freshly redesigned Vitality Points Monitor – a tool that it puts you in control, equipping you with all the information you need about the points you earn. You can now get a detailed and informative breakdown of these points.

What can you expect from the new points monitor?

A breakdown of the points you have earned for all activities, and when you earned them. These will be listed in date order, so it will be easy for you to find the points you are wondering about.
An explanation as to why the fitness points earned through your device were allocated. This explanation will be based on step count, heart rate achieved, etc.
Whether the fitness points you earned counted towards your Vitality Active Rewards goal or not.
An understanding as to why you didn’t earn certain points. This will most likely be because your daily or annual limits have been reached, the Points Monitor will give you this explanation.
The ability to choose the date range for the points you are interested in. This can go back up to three months at a time.

Some features from the old points monitor that you no longer need will not be on the new version. This includes:

A detailed breakdown of points earned by your spouse and adult dependents. This is because of new regulations regarding privacy of personal information. Please urge them to register on the website and log in so that they can see their breakdown. You will still be able to see a high-level snapshot of points you have earned as a family.
A 12-month breakdown. Given the detail that the points monitor now supplies, you will only be able to view 3 months’ worth of points at a time. You will however be able to choose the date range you would like to see. Plus, you will still be able to see a high-level snapshot of the points you have earned from 1 January.
