Gallop through the Garden Route

Team Vitality members can look forward to being spoilt at the upcoming Knysna marathon and trail run, which takes place on 11 and 12 July 2015. If you’re participating, you’ll get cash back on your registration entry fees. Plus, you’ll enjoy full Team Vitality hospitality, including catering by Pick n Pay to keep fuelled up and free massages to ease you after all that effort!

Talk the talk, walk the walk

What are you walking for? This year’s 702 Walk the Talk happens on Sunday 26 July and encourages all entrants to walk for a cause, belief or charity they believe in. Even though we’re no longer the event’s headline sponsor, you can still earn Vitality points for participating:

• 500 Vitality points for the 5km and 8km walks
• 3 000 Vitality points for the 15km walk
