Get ready to RUNCYCLERUN through Sandton!

Discovery brings you Sandton’s first Duathlon. Taking place on 24 and 25 October, the Discovery Duathlon is your chance to RUNCYCLERUN through the streets of Sandton.

An event for everyone to enjoy

The unique urban run-cycle-run format of the Discovery Duathlon offers a challenge for experienced athletes, but is also really accessible for any sporting enthusiast. If you can run 5km you can do the Discovery Duathlon!

The weekend offers fun for the whole family. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 can participate in the Discovery Kids Duathlon on 24 October. Adults can participate in the Standard, Sprint and Super Sprint routes on 25 October, alongside international athletes who will compete in the Invitational category.

Choose the distance that suits you best-Standard - 10km run, 40km cycle, 5km run, Sprint - 5km run, 20km cycle, 2.5km run or Super Sprint - 2.5km run, 12km cycle, 2.5km run

Disney and Discovery Vitality bring you the magic

Your kids can share in the Disney magic if they sign up for the Discovery Duathlon Kids Event. The kids can let it go as they run through Frozen winter wonderland, look for Nemo in the bubble tunnel, and run with the Good Dinosaur as they get closer to the finish line.
